About McMahon AI

Practical AI. People you can work with.

McMahon AI is a Glasgow-based AI consultancy helping Scottish and UK businesses identify, design and implement practical AI systems and automation. We connect your tools, centralise business data and reduce repetitive back-office work, giving you clearer visibility of performance and day-to-day operations.

We build bespoke business systems that bring your software, workflows and data together. AI agents and software integrations handle repetitive tasks and keep information moving, while dashboards give your team a clear view of what needs attention. Each setup is tailored to the way your business operates and the outcomes you want to achieve.

McMahon AI Ltd is a Scottish limited company led by three co-founders with experience in business operations, industrial environments and system development. Based in Glasgow, we work directly with clients across Scotland and throughout the UK, from discovery through to implementation and ongoing support.

Meet the founders

Three founders. Clear responsibilities. A shared focus on building connected systems that give businesses more control over their operations.

Youcef McMahon-Whitelaw

Founder & Managing Director

Youcef leads McMahon AI’s strategic direction, commercial development and client relationships. He works with business owners and leadership teams to define operational priorities and shape the blueprint for systems that improve visibility, reduce administration and support growth.

His electrical background across shipyards, data centres and commercial sites brings a practical understanding of complex operations, team coordination and the importance of reliable information. He connects that experience with the company’s wider approach to AI and business systems.

Callum Oliphant

Co-Founder & Head of Operations

Callum leads business operations and the coordination of client projects, connecting company strategy with day-to-day execution. He oversees project organisation, client onboarding and communication, keeping priorities, responsibilities and delivery aligned as the business grows.

His focus is operational consistency: establishing clear processes, coordinating the team and maintaining continuity from the initial client relationship through implementation and ongoing support. He helps ensure that the business behind each system is as organised as the solution being delivered.

Louis Spaine

Co-Founder & Head of Delivery

Louis leads technical delivery, translating the agreed blueprint into connected AI systems, automations and business tools. He oversees system development, integration and testing, with responsibility for ensuring the finished setup meets the client’s operational requirements.

His construction and electrical trade background brings a practical perspective to workflow design and implementation. He focuses on how information moves between people and software, how the system performs in everyday use and how it is handed over to the client’s team.

From discovery to a connected business system

A clear blueprint, a tailored build and a structured handover to your team.

01 · Discovery

We map your current operations, software and data flows to understand where work slows down and visibility is lost. We then create a blueprint for the proposed system, setting out the integrations, priorities, scope and outcomes before the build begins.

02 · Build

We develop and integrate the agreed setup, connecting your tools, centralising the information your team needs and automating repetitive back-office tasks. Workflows, dashboards and integrations are tested against the blueprint before handover.

03 · Handover

We onboard your team and teach them how to use and manage the setup, with clear guidance and documentation. Regular check-ins follow to review how it is working in practice, with ongoing support options agreed around your needs.

Clearer visibility. Less back-office work.

Connected systems put your information in one place and give your team more time to act on it.

Improved visibility

Bring key metrics, outstanding work and operational information into clear dashboards, so you can see what is happening across the business and make informed decisions.

Time saved on administration

Reduce repeated data entry, manual updates and chasing between systems, freeing your team to focus on the work that needs their attention.

Centralised business data

Create a reliable source of truth for the records your team depends on, with clear structure and access, so information is easier to find, update and use.

Connected tools and systems

Integrate your existing software where suitable access is available, so information flows between tools and your operation works as one connected setup.

Discovery establishes the current baseline and the outcomes to measure, whether that is hours spent on administration, fewer duplicate records or better access to business information. Start with our AI Readiness Test or request a call to discuss your setup.

Let’s talk about your business.

Tell us where information is scattered, administration is taking up time or visibility is missing. We’ll discuss how a connected system could improve your operations.
